MUSIC DEPARTMENT

Solon Center for the Arts provides an environment in which beginning, intermediate and advanced musicians may begin and continue to develop the skills and knowledge essential in recognizing and cultivating quality musical experiences. SCA’s Music Faculty, comprised of talented, professional musicians/pedagogues from Northeast Ohio, are dedicated to each individual student’s music education. Ideas generated by the faculty, staff and the SCA Advisory Board’s Music Sub-Committee to further expand the established programming will provide new opportunities for learning and performance at the Center in the coming year.

Through its programming in both music education and performance, SCA reinforces the appreciation of music - offering quality experiences, maximizing potential, and providing enjoyment through music.
